Availability and dispatch
Rachel Sañado Millinery offers both ready-to-wear and made-to-order millinery. Shipping is currently Australia only.
Ready-to-wear pieces that are already made are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Made-to-order pieces may take up to 7 business days to create before dispatch. During the peak Spring Racing Carnival period, please allow 2–4 weeks before dispatch. Let us know if you need it earlier and we will endeavour to have it made and shipped as soon as we can.
If you require a piece for a particular event, please contact us before ordering. These timeframes cover preparation or making time and do not include delivery time.
Delivery time is additional to preparation time.
