Because Rachel Sañado ready-to-wear pieces are produced as one-off or limited designs, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection or failure to review the product details before purchasing.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged, significantly different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
