Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Most orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post Express Post. Please note that delivery times depend on whether your location falls within the Australia Post Express Post network.
For ready-made pieces, orders are typically dispatched the next business day.
For made-to-order pieces, please allow up to 2 weeks for your item to be carefully handcrafted and delivered.
If you require your piece sooner for a specific event, please feel free to get in touch before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns
Firstly, thank you for supporting Rachyred Concepts. Every piece is handcrafted with care and carefully inspected before being shipped.
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
If you would like to see additional photos of a piece or need help deciding on colour or style, please feel free to contact us prior to purchasing.
Faulty Items
If the item you receive is faulty, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund where possible.
To be eligible:

A return request must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your order

The item must be returned to Rachyred Concepts within 14 days

The item must meet the return conditions below
Please note that made-to-order or customised pieces cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Return Conditions
All returns must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unmarked and undamaged

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Original tags must remain attached
-
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Refunds will include the full value of the returned item including taxes, but exclude shipping costs and any duties or import taxes incurred.
